5 key word that are relevant to my course work are :
* Laura Mulvey, this is because im going to be talking about feminism and the male gaze theory, it links to my text because it is about a woman superhero and she is there to be gazed at by men but then again is there to be represented as independant person who deosn't need a man .
*Stereotype- cat woman challenges the typical stereotype of a woman.
*Patriarchy- in the film men aren't shown to be dominate it shows women to be dominant which emphasises a matriarchy society.
*Warner Brothers- it is the institution that promoted and marketed Catwoman it is also the instition that produces most of the comic book films,like X-men Batman etc.
